H10 Duque de Loulé, Lisbon

Seamless check-in process. Love our suite room with its lovely appointments and a king bed and pillows that begged to be nestled in. Had a scrumptious dinner at the beautiful Azul e Branco restaurant at the hotel and savored the chefs tasty offerings. Great service offered by the restaurant staff, especially our waiter, Bruno Aleluia. Kudos to the entire hotel staff!

H10 Duque de Loule was a really lovely boutique hotel. The rooms were spacious and the beds very comfortable. So many choices at breakfast! Andre and Rafaela at the front desk were so helpful and the customer service we received was the best. Shoutout to Daniel at the rooftop bar! Thank you H10 for a great stay!

We just stayed at the H10 Duque de Louie in Lisbon, Portugal, for 6 nights and I must say that it was a very pleasant experience. The hotel is well located and beautifully decorated. Our room was very nice and well appointed. The only things I missed, as an American, were bar soap and a face cloth, but I have learned that most European hotels do not furnish either. Most of the staff at the hotel were pleasant and efficient. The only ones we were not impressed with were the bar tenders in the bar next to the lobby. Its a small bar with few customers, but we waited an unexpectedly long time before getting waited on every time we were there. On the other hand, the dining room staff at breakfast was delightful. Vera, the hostess, was exceptionally good. She was cheerful and welcoming and always made us feel very special. My only complaint at breakfast is that the pots of Americana coffee were usually not hot, or completely empty. For us, one of the best things about the hotel was the grocery store directly across the street. As we always ate a large lunch, often late in the day, we didnt really want to go out for dinner at a restaurant. The convenience of the market made it possible for us to grab a sandwich, salad or charcuterie tray and enjoy a light dinner in our room. (We learned years ago to carry a set of utensils in our suitcase.) We would recommend this lovely hotel to any one visiting Lisbon. We certainly enjoyed our stay here.

The coffee machine in the breakfast room makes the worst tasting cappuccino I hav e ever tasted: this does not give a good impression to an otherwise very enjoyable breakfast experience My wife and I appreciate the helpful and pleasant attitude of the breakfast staff; in particular, Vera is extremely considerate and her kind attention has contributed greatly to our pleasure in staying at H10
